Every Éclat print is made to order. Here's what you need to know.

Shipping

Orders ship within 5–7 business days via Gelato's global print network. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Delivery time varies by location — typically 3–7 additional days within the US.

Returns

We accept returns on damaged or defective items only. If your print arrives damaged, email us at kamrencw@gmail.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no charge.

Because every piece is printed on demand, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind.
